This year, we are combining our application process so vendors can secure their spots for both of our highly anticipated fall and winter shopping events.
The Fall Market: Sunday, November 15, 2026 | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
The Christmas Market: Sunday, December 13, 2026 | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
✨ Our Curation & Selection Process
To ensure a successful, high-quality, and highly profitable day for all participants, our market series is hand-curated. Spaces are limited to 23 select sellers per event and are not assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
What we look for when reviewing applications:
Category Balance: We strictly limit the number of vendors in each category (jewelry, clothing, pottery, food) to prevent market oversaturation and ensure everyone makes great sales.
Quality & Originality: Priority is given to items that are uniquely curated, authentically vintage, or genuinely handmade by local Kootenay makers.
🏛️ Venue Policies & Expectations
Because our events are hosted inside the licensed bar at the The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 51, specific regulations apply to all participants:
19+ Licensed Event: Due to strict venue liquor licensing, this is an adults-only shopping environment. All booth staff must be 19 years of age or older.
Full Event Commitment: To maintain a professional atmosphere for afternoon shoppers, early booth pack-downs are strictly prohibited. All vendors must remain fully set up until closing time at 6:00 PM.
Collaborative Promotion: A busy market is a team effort! While we invest heavily in local advertising, accepted vendors are expected to help spread the word by sharing the official market poster and Facebook event on their social media channels leading up to the date.
